Title: Marketing Assistant, Social Media Account Manager
Qualifications/Skills:
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Facebook and Instagram.
Content Strategy: Ability to plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand voice, goals, and seasonal trends.
Copywriting: Skilled in writing engaging, concise, and brand-aligned captions, CTAs, and post copy.
Visual Curation: Strong eye for aesthetics and content that performs well visually; works effectively with designers or uses tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or Lightroom.
Community Management: Experienced in responding to comments/messages, managing reviews, and fostering audience engagement.
Trend Awareness: Keeps up with platform updates, algorithm shifts, and trending formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, UGC).
Analytics & Reporting: Familiar with platform insights and reporting tools to track engagement, growth, and content performance.
Ad Platform Proficiency: Experienced in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads, etc.
Audience Targeting: Skilled in custom audience creation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting.
Ad Creative Strategy: Knows how to develop and test creative (static, video, carousel, UGC-style) for performance and funnel stage relevance.
