Position Overview:
The Paid Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to support Mountain Air Marketing and clients’ growth and engagement goals. This position demands an analytical, creative, and detail-oriented individual who excels in planning and executing social media advertising strategies across various platforms and across various industries.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Manage and execute multiple ad campaigns including but not limited to audience research, account setup, campaign configuration and implementation.
- Data Driven Experience with Facebook and Instagram services, including Ad Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics and Meta-Pixels.
- The ability to deploy an effective lead and/ or sales nurturing campaign strategy.
- Perform post-campaign analysis to determine performance and ROI.
- Provide regular reporting on client ad performance to the client and to management.
- Develop and continuously optimize ad creative, ad copy, audiences, and setup.
- Work with all aspects of Social Media advertising including but not limited to automation, ad scheduling, conversion tracking, offers, video ads, e-commerce, and bidding optimization.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, & Threads), LinkedIn, and others. Track campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Reporting and Collaboration: Report directly to team lead. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align campaign visuals and messaging with the overall marketing strategy.
Non Negotiables:
- Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns (+ familiarity integrating organic social media strategies for multi-channel clients)
- **Portfolio with example work required.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking KPIs and adjusting strategies based on performance data
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and tracking software
- Ability to use AI tools to support creativity and data analysis
- Creative and strategic thinking skills for campaign ideation and execution
- Collaboration efforts for leveraging both paid and organic alignment
