Mountain Air Welcomes Leah to the Team!

1. What do you do at MAM?
I build and optimize ad campaigns for clients to bring in more revenue for their businesses. I am responsible for managing ad budgets, improving conversion rates, website tracking, and communicating ad performance with clients and the team.

2. Three words that describe you:

Quirky, ambitious, and cheerful. I love to try new things and once I start something I like to see it through to the end. While I am quite a calm person, I am cheerful and optimistic.

3. Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?

I taught myself how to play piano and am working on improving my skills. I am very passionate about fitness, exercise, and strength training too! I studied French for 5 years and while I am not fluent, I can definitely navigate a Paris vacation!

4. What’s your favorite thing to do when not working?

I love to be outside in the sunshine, especially near the ocean, creeks, and rivers! I also enjoy working out in any capacity, whether it’s hiking, yoga, or weightlifting.

5. What’s the most exciting part of your job?

I love seeing when clients get new leads from their ads! I love the instant gratification I can get from seeing an ad budget resulting in sales! I enjoy being hands-on in the client’s marketing funnel.

6. Who in your life has inspired you the most and why?

I am a big fan of Beyonce’s creativity, willingness to do things differently, grace, and artistic vision. Her tenacity, talent, and uniqueness certainly inspires me daily to keep pushing my limits and have fun!

7. What’s the best advice you’ve ever heard?

The best advice I have ever received is that “the purpose of life is to have fun”! This reminder helps me shift from stressing out and being too serious to take things with a more easy-going, light-hearted attitude.

8. What is one encouraging thing you want to tell other small businesses about digital marketing?

Being your raw, unfiltered, natural self is something that shines through in digital marketing. The less you over-analyze yourself, the more freedom you’ll feel and the better you’ll be perceived, as ople appreciate authenticity!
